Massage onto neck, throat, and chest to support your lymphatic system as it fights off the bugs. Use on sore muscles to relax and relieve tension. Moisturize hands and feet, but be aware that the cayenne infusion brings the heat so please be cautious around eyes, lips, and areas of sensitivity.
